About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily execution of all activities across the business — from front-line staff to facility upkeep, from customer satisfaction to marketing execution. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant impact on the guest experience, team performance, and business growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing daily operations across Rage Rooms, Axe Throwing, Paint Splatter Room, and Food/Bar service
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensuring top-tier customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally
• Overseeing inventory, cost control, and facility maintenance
• Executing marketing and upsell strategies to maximize revenue
• Monitoring safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Analyzing feedback and KPIs to identify areas for operational improvement
• Contributing ideas for events, promotions, and new experiences

What We’re Looking For
• Proven management experience (preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or retail)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Marketing experience (digital, social media, or grassroots preferred)
• Experience with sales, inventory control, and scheduling software
• Ability to stay organized, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Physically active and ready to work on the floor as needed
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
