Parts & Service Writer
All Out Cycles – Powersports Dealership | Southeastern Virginia
All Out Cycles is hiring a full-time Parts & Service Writer to join our team. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused person who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has an interest in motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and the powersports industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and write service repair orders
- Schedule service appointments
- Provide estimates and communicate repair status with customers
- Coordinate repairs with service technicians
- Look up, quote, order, and sell parts and accessories
- Recommend maintenance, parts, accessories, and additional services
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate service and customer records
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Powersports, automotive, marine, or dealership experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or personal watercraft is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay plus commission
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance available
- Full-time schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
