About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at All One Gym Inc as a Gym Front Desk Associate! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting their fitness journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members and guests at the front desk with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-ins, memberships, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Promote gym programs, services, and events to enhance member engagement.
- Process payments and manage cash register transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive gym experience for all.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fitness and knowledge of gym operations is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
