Every service is placed in our database and reviewed for accuracy prior to being sent to the field. We have a fully staffed office including one New York State certified paralegal.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Process Serving Department Admin. located in Rochester, NY. As a Process Serving Department Admin., you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to process serving processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include entering work into our process serving software, communicating with clients, generating affirmations, picking up work from downtown offices that are near by, serving municipalities in the near by area, and filing documents.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of legal process serving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
