Summary
All Native Group is seeking a qualified Software Development Subject Matter Expert to provide Senior or SME level skills in Software development for automation, orchestration, and AIOps; supporting USCIS Enterprise Infrastructure Division. This position will be located at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. This is a proposal position and employment is contingent upon award.
Essential Functions
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. May supervise computer programmers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

Travel approximately 5-10%
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of IT experience as a lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a proven record of successful software development and deployment projects. Certification in at least one of the following skills: Software Development, Automation and Orchestration, AIOps, or equivalent.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years IT experience
