Position Overview

All Nation Security Services, Inc. is currently seeking experienced, dependable, and highly professional Armed Security Officers for positions throughout Nevada, including Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, and Amargosa Valley.

We are a family-owned and operated security firm specializing in professional security and protection services. We are seeking motivated individuals who demonstrate excellent judgment, situational awareness, professionalism, and customer service.

Officers will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring assigned areas, identifying suspicious or unusual activity, conducting patrols as required, and responding appropriately to security-related incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of armed security experience
• Valid Nevada PILB Work Card
• Valid Nevada PILB Armed Security / Firearms Certification, as required for the position
• Outstanding personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Strong situational awareness and observational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or confrontational situations
• Ability to follow post orders, company policies, protocols, and chain of command
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Must successfully complete the company's pre-employment screening process, including background investigation and drug screening
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the assigned Nevada work location

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and highly visible armed security presence
• Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, and surrounding property as assigned
• Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols as required
• Monitor access points and assist with access control when applicable
• Maintain awareness of emergency exits and designated restricted areas
• Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders
• Notify management, supervisors, emergency services, and/or law enforcement when appropriate
• Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, customers, management, and law enforcement
• Provide courteous assistance while maintaining appropriate security awareness
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies

• Nevada PILB Work Card
• Nevada PILB Armed Security / Firearms documentation required for armed assignments
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Social Security Card or other acceptable employment authorization documentation
• Any additional security permits, firearms qualifications, certifications, or training documentation
