We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Longfellow’s Garden Center, a division of All-n-One Outdoor Solutions. This is a customer-focused role where you’ll help shoppers find what they need, ring up purchases, maintain product displays, and keep the store clean and organized. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a retail setting, loves learning about plants and outdoor products, and enjoys connecting with people.
This is a seasonal position, but it doesn’t have to stop there. We strongly believe in promoting from within and regularly do. High-performing seasonal team members are often considered for full-time roles across other divisions of the company as opportunities become available. What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with questions, product info, and checkout
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) and inventory systems
- Handle checkout transactions accurately
- Answer phones and assist with product lookups or orders
- Receive, price, and stock merchandise
- Create and maintain eye-catching product displays
- Water and care for plants
- Keep the store clean, safe, and well-stocked
- Support other departments when needed

Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in any weather
