All-N-One Cleaning Services is a growing commercial cleaning company serving dealerships, offices, multifamily communities, and commercial facilities throughout Central Indiana.

Job Responsibilities
As an Evening Janitorial Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment each night.
Responsibilities include:
- Empty trash throughout the facility
- Replace trash liners as needed
- Sweep service shop floors
- Operate an automatic floor scrubber (training provided)
- Sweep and mop hard surface floors
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Clean and properly store equipment after use
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Complete assigned work before leaving each shift
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work
- Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required

Schedule: Monday–Saturday evenings
Hours: Approximately 2–3 hours per night (depending on assigned location)
