IMMEDIATE OPENING – Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator (LCPA) at All My Care Foundation – Texas
All My Care Foundation is actively hiring a qualified Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator (LCPA) to step in immediately and lead agency compliance and operations.
Must have current qualifications under Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) Residential Child-Care Licensing standards.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as agency liaison to DFPS Licensing
- Ensure compliance with TAC §§745 & 749
- Oversee placements, service plans, and incident reporting
- Supervise case managers and foster home compliance
- Maintain audit and inspection readiness
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have passed the Texas Child-Care Administrator Licensing Exam
- Meets TAC §745 Administrator qualifications
- Strong Texas foster care regulatory knowledge
Immediate start preferred
