This role is essential to keeping our logistics operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.

This is a 1st‑shift position, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Call & Email Intake — Receive, record, and manage all incoming communication with accuracy and professionalism.
- Customer Response Management — Provide fast, accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Driver & Truck Dispatching — Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on customer needs and load requirements.
- Route & Load Coordination — Determine the most efficient delivery routes and load assignments to support cost‑effective operations.
- Driver Communication — Ensure drivers are informed of customer hours, load details, and any special instructions.
- Log Monitoring — Monitor driver daily logs and maintain familiarity with DOT Hours of Service regulations.
