Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Read and follow instructions on job traveler.
- Read and understand customer purchase orders.
- Locate specifications and inspection procedures in the company's computer system.
- Write nonconformance reports and document change forms as required.
- Evaluate jobs on Quality Control (QC) hold for compliance.
- Verify inspection equipment calibration dates to ensure accuracy.
- Perform inspection tests as required.
- Adheres to safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of inspection equipment such as micrometers, intermicrometers, calipers, dail bore gauges, dual-a-scope, permascope, and positector
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical sketches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal interactions.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Physical Demands
- Must be in good physical condition, alert, and well-rested.
- Ability to walk between buildings and departments with varying elevations.
- Ability to stand for periods of 30 minutes or more.
