Required Skills:

• Valid RN license for the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required; Bachelor's preferred)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to perform independent nursing assessments, planning, and evaluation
• Strong patient education, counseling, and communication skills
• Competence in executing delegated medical functions and documentation according to regulatory standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience as a registered nurse, particularly in infusion or outpatient settings
• Certifications or training relevant to infusion therapy or specialized nursing units (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
• Knowledge of current healthcare technology and electronic health records systems

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float to other departments within scope of competency as needed
• Availability to be on-call during scheduled shifts as required
