Schedule: Three 10 hour shifts or two 12 hour shifts (site scheduling). Weekend call may be required.

Position Overview
- Hospital based CRNA coverage with potential call responsibilities.
- Case mix may include general OR, endoscopy, OB and GYN, pediatrics, and other site specific cases.
Clinical Details
- EMR: Epic.
- Response time: approximately 30 minutes (site requirement).
Required Qualifications
- CRNA.
- Active state license in New York.
- DEA required.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required (AHA required as applicable).
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Travel and Lodging
- Travel and lodging support may be available.
Credentialing
- Credentialing and privileging timeline is typically about 90 days (site dependent).
