All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled and dedicated HP Hardware Break/Fix Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. *All applicants must have a CompTIA A Certification*
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on HP products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Perform break/fix repairs, including component replacements and hardware upgrades.
- Conduct routine maintenance and performance optimization on HP hardware.
- Document all repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and clients.
Qualifications:
- CompTIA A Certification Required
- Proven experience as a hardware technician, preferably with HP products.
- Strong knowledge of HP hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
