Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across diverse environments, including commercial, industrial, and renovation sites. Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
- Perform high-voltage electrical wiring and low-voltage system installations safely and efficiently on construction sites or renovation projects.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to identify electrical issues quickly and accurately.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot system faults and implement effective solutions for industrial or commercial applications
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and system modifications for compliance purposes.
- Support renovation projects by updating or replacing existing electrical systems .
Requirements
- Extensive industrial electrician experience combined with commercial electrician background preferred.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters (Ohmmeters), power drills, wire strippers, multimeters, etc., for diagnostics and installations.
- Ability to perform electrical diagnostics efficiently to identify faults within complex systems
- Knowledge of renovation processes involving electrical upgrades or rewiring projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Handyman experience or general construction experience is a plus for supporting various project needs.
