Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Des Moines, IA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Project Manager will oversee the selling of the project, project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery of quality roofing and construction services. Duties include selling, managing logistics, expediting materials and schedules, conducting inspections, and collaborating with clients and the internal team. The role also involves problem-solving and ensuring all projects meet quality and efficiency standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, including outside sales, planning, execution, and meeting deadlines
- Experience in B2C and B2B sales preferred but not required
- Skills in Expediting and logistical management to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Experience conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Strong ability to coordinate tasks and resources effectively as an Expeditor
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently in both office and remote settings
- Knowledge of the construction or roofing industry is a plus
