Role Description: Licensed Real Estate Agent
Type: Independent Contractor (1099) • Hybrid (remote local field work)
Grow your income two ways: steady property management income plus upside from real estate sales commissions. You’ll also earn a percentage of the management portfolio you oversee and commissions from every new owner you sign up and onboard.
• Onboard and sign up new property owners and negotiate management agreements.
• Manage rental listings, tenants, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Earn a percentage of the management fees for properties you oversee.
• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and earn commission splits on both listing and buying sides.
• Grow our managed portfolio and share in the commission split on portfolio growth.
• Maintain CRM and records in Propertyware and HubSpot; collaborate in Microsoft Teams and Planner.
• Ensure compliance with California real estate and landlord-tenant laws
Qualifications
• Active California Real Estate License (required).
• 1 year experience in property management and/or real estate sales.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft 365, Propertyware, HubSpot, Teams.
• Reliable transportation for fieldwork
