What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver I position at ALL, Inc.?
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a box truck throughout the Twin Cities metro and follow all DOT and company safety standards
- Deliver and place appliances in homes and job sites with a Delivery Assistant
- Use proper equipment (dollies, straps) to handle heavy products safely
- Perform basic appliance installation (training provided)
- Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
- Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and vehicle inspections
- Support warehouse operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience safely operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (no CDL required)
- 21 years old (DOT requirement)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift and move heavy appliances regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
