About the Opportunity
We're expanding and seeking a Safety Coordinator to support client projects across North Carolina, South Carolina, and parts of Georgia. This is a strong fit for someone with field experience or current certifications looking to build their safety career across a variety of active job sites.
Scope of work includes:
- Conducting field safety audits and site inspections at client locations
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety training support, and daily safety communications
- Documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining safety records
- Assisting with incident reporting and investigations
- Serving as a visible, approachable safety resource on active project sites
Requirements
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction (minimum)
- CPR/First Aid certification (current)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license — regular travel throughout NC, SC, and GA is required
- Strong attention to detail and solid documentation practices
- Comfortable working on active construction sites in field conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a significant plus for our client base
- Hands-on construction, manufacturing, or logistics experience
- Additional credentials (OSHA 500/510, competent person training, etc.)
- Associate degree or higher in a safety-related field (a plus, not required)
