Experienced Painter / Lead Painter
All In Painting LLC – Lake County & Surrounding Areas
All In Painting LLC is growing and looking to add experienced painters and lead painters to our team. We are a busy residential and commercial painting company working throughout Lake County and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for honest, dependable, hardworking people who take pride in their work. At All In Painting, quality matters. We expect our contractors to keep clean job sites, respect our customers’ homes and businesses, work well with the crew, and take pride in the finished product.
This is consistent full-time work with weekly pay and an opportunity to grow with All In Painting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Properly protecting floors, furniture, equipment, and all areas not being painted
- Prep work including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, filling holes, and minor drywall repairs
- Brush and roll application
- Spraying when required
- Painting walls, ceilings, trim, doors, frames, and other surfaces
- Keeping tools and job sites clean and organized
- Following project scopes and All In Painting quality standards
- Working efficiently independently and as part of a crew
- Lead painters must be capable of helping run projects, directing crew members, maintaining quality, and keeping jobs moving
Requirements:
- Professional painting experience for Experienced Painter and Lead Painter positions
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and transportation required
- Must be able to travel to different job sites throughout Lake County and surrounding areas
- Dependable and on time
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work safely and professionally in customers’ homes and businesses
- Must communicate well and work as part of a team
- Must be willing to follow All In Painting’s standards and expectations
Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday. We do not work most weekends. Some weekend work may be optional depending on the project, and occasionally a project may require weekend work.
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Paid weekly.
