Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level executive support: calendar, travel, communications, and investor relations.
Assist in project planning & construction coordination: timelines, permits, vendor management, and quality control.
Support finance & sales: budgets, cash flow tracking, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and contract coordination.
Manage office operations: staff, vendors, supplies, and workflow systems.
Facilitate community and stakeholder relations, including local government and investor communications.
Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, preferably in real estate, construction, or residential development.
Strong understanding of home construction, project management, and permitting processes.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and financial reporting software.
