What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesperson position at All In One Auto Sales?
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Brewer, ME. The Salesperson will greet and engage customers on the lot and in the showroom, identify their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection. Responsibilities include presenting vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives in accordance with company safety policies, and clearly explaining pricing, financing options, and available warranties or add-ons. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system, following up with prospective and past customers, and coordinating with finance and administrative teams to complete sales documents. The Salesperson will help maintain the appearance of the sales floor and lot, participate in sales meetings and product training, and support dealership marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales, customer service, or retail experience, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and respectful manner.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM or sales software, email, and standard office applications.
- Interest in or aptitude for learning automotive products, features, and financing options.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to conduct test drives safely.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
