Position OverviewThis is not a standard driving job.Delivery Drivers at All In Meals are responsible for both fulfillment and delivery execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are prepared accurately before ever leaving the facility, then delivered efficiently and professionally to customers.This role requires urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within a structured system.
ResponsibilitiesFulfillment (Before Delivery):
- Pick and bag customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Verify meals against packing slips (no errors leave the facility)
- Organize and stage routes for efficient loading
- Load delivery vehicles in proper route order
- Assist with kitchen-to-delivery handoff process
Delivery:
- Deliver meals to customers on assigned routes
- Follow optimized routes and schedules
- Maintain professionalism at all delivery locations
- Ensure safe handling of meals during transport
- Complete deliveries within designated time windows
Requirements
- Age 18
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
- Ability to work early mornings and move with urgency
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
