What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Manager position at All In Fitness?

The Membership Manager is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and growing the membership base.
Responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of the sales process, including timely followup to new leads, phone calls, texts, and emails to schedule consultations, conducting intake appointments, showcase the value in our program for prospective members, and overcome common objections.
- Digital content creation, social media monitoring & engagement, management of automation sequences
- Local marketing- schedule and execute 1-2 lead-generating community events per month
- Quality control- including oversight of gym space, maintenance of equipment, and top notch service delivery
- Data tracking & analysis
- Weekly meeting with the gym owner to review past week’s membership metrics (new leads, appointments, signups, and terminations) & upcoming strategy
