Package Delivery Driver

All In Couriers is a reliable and experienced Delivery Service Company where our team of delivery drivers are committed to providing safe, timely and exceptional delivery service.

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, motivated, high-energy individuals to join our team as independent contractor delivery drivers. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for picking up packages at our warehouse and delivering them to residential homes and businesses throughout the Charlotte area (NC), while ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Job Details

• Compensation: $2.00 per stop, with potential earnings of up to $1000 weekly
• Job Type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: The warehouse operates 7 days a week. Shift starts at 5AM, with all deliveries to be completed by 8PM.
• Weekend availability required (Saturday or Sunday)
• Average delivery routes take 4-8 hours to complete, depending on route complexity and package volume.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Navigate and drive safely throughout your assigned delivery area.
• Use provided app for routing information and customer delivery details.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to maximize delivery efficiency.
• Sort, organize, and load packages for your assigned delivery area.
• Typical daily package volume ranges from 50-120 packages, with potential for up to 200 during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate records of all scanned packages, completed deliveries, and any discrepancies.
• Communicate with All In Couriers team via text message regarding schedules, updates, and company information.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during all deliveries.

Qualifications / Driver Requirements

• Must have your own RELIABLE vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is fuel efficient (great gas mileage)
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Able to get in and out of vehicle and manage surrounding environment to deliver packages to doors
• Physical ability to handle packages (average weight is between 0.2 – 5 lbs.)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a smartphone
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation apps
• Ability to navigate using GPS systems or maps for efficient route planning
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to Commute
