We offer stable, consistent case assignments, and per diem positions are also available.
Compensation:$37–45 per hour, depending on experience and caseDifferentials available for high-acuity casesReferral and Sign-up Bonuses AvailablePaid Training Provided
Responsibilities:Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician ordersDocument patient condition and care providedFollow patient care plansCommunicate with the clinical team
Requirements:Active NYS LPN LicenseCPR CertificationInfection Control CertificateAbility to work the assigned scheduleHome care or PDN experience preferredStrong communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus)Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
