Service Locations
We are currently hiring LPNs and RNs to serve patients in the following areas:
- Wilson County and East Davidson
- Nashville, TN
- Brentwood, TN
- Franklin, TN
- Columbia, TN
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments appropriate to licensure
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health status, document findings accurately, and report changes promptly
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and disease management
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Provide compassionate, respectful support to patients and their families
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Current CPR certification
