Do you have a compassionate heart and a desire to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life? All Hearts Considered LLC is seeking dependable, caring, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.
As a DSP, you will do more than provide support—you will help individuals with developmental disabilities build confidence, pursue their goals, enjoy greater independence, and participate more fully in their homes and communities. Your patience, encouragement, and everyday presence can make a lasting difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily living activities and personal care according to each individual’s ISP
- Encourage independence, personal choice, confidence, and community involvement
- Assist with meals, household tasks, appointments, and meaningful outings
- Build trusting relationships through kindness, respect, patience, and consistency
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Help individuals work toward their personal goals and celebrate their progress
- Follow health, safety, medication, behavioral, and emergency procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Communicate respectfully with individuals, guardians, coworkers, and support teams

- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently while providing thoughtful, person-centered support
- Willingness to learn and complete required training
- Ability to meet Ohio DODD and agency requirements, including background checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for some assignments
