Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee a variety of events, ensuring seamless execution from setup to cleanup.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, resolving conflicts swiftly and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or ticketing activities.
- Provide lifeguard supervision at pools or water attractions, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Engage with children and families through entertaining activities, storytelling, or guided performances in theater or recreation spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, guest areas, and activity zones to uphold high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create welcoming experiences for all visitors.
- Previous cash handling experience combined with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Lifeguard certification or experience is preferred; must be willing to obtain certification if not already certified.
- Working with children experience is beneficial for engaging young guests effectively.
- Public speaking skills for leading tours, presentations, or group activities confidently.
