We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via email, chat, and CRM systems
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and returns
Work closely with the warehouse team on order fulfillment and logistics
Track orders and proactively update customers
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong computer skills
Experience with CRM systems — a plus
High level of English (reading and writing required)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Compensation & Details:
Pay: $16/hour
Location: Davie, FL
