All Fur Love is a luxury, 1:1 mobile grooming company built on quality, patience, and genuine care. We are growing and looking for a skilled, reliable, and heart-centered professional groomer who values craftsmanship, animal welfare, and meaningful client relationships.
This is not a high-volume, rushed environment. We focus on calm, personalized appointments, polished finishes, and long-term clientele retention.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years professional grooming experience
- Confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Strong scissor finishing skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-managed
- Coachable and growth-oriented
- Clean driving record
- Passionate about animal welfare
Compensation:
- 45% commission to start
- Increase to 50% commission within the first 3 months based on performance
- 100% of tips
- Guaranteed $800 weekly minimum commission during the first 8 weeks (ramp-up support while building your route, provided performance and attendance standards are maintained)
- $2,000 Performance & Retention Bonus (structured at 90 and 180 days)
