No previous customer support experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Associate
- Help customers find out what AT&T products and services are available for them.
- Represent AT&T by assisting customers with questions and concerns.
- Clarify customer concerns, such as contract terms or installation processes, with explanations.
- Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
- Foster ongoing customer support relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to advocate for AT&T Fiber.
Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; must be 18 years of age.
- Strong interest in customer service is a bonus.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and achieving excellence in goals.
- Outstanding ability to create customer support interactions.
Pay: $59,000.00 - $69,500.00 per year
