Your Role: Wraparound Parent Partner
Pay: $19.24/hour
Bilingual Spanish Stipend: $5,000
Your Toolkit Should Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Understanding of community resources and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong communication skills and proactive, team-oriented mindset
Your Superpowers Include:
- Provide direct support to families and children in the Wraparound program.
- Use your lived experience to help families navigate systems like Child Welfare, Probation, and Mental Health.
- Ensure parent voices, culture, and choices are heard and respected in Child and Family Team meetings.
- Model advocacy, communication, and resilience for families.
- Teach parenting, communication, and advocacy skills to caregivers.
- Link families to community resources and provide crisis support when needed.
- Build trust and foster engagement through home and community visits.
