Your Role: Parent Facilitator
Pay: $23/hourly
Your Toolkit Should Include
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Experience facilitating groups
- Experience in community outreach and recruitment
- Delivering the Familias Unidas curriculum to Latino/Hispanic youth, adolescents, and families in SPA 1
- Recruiting and retaining program participants with creativity and care
- Leading 8 in-person group sessions (two hours each) for prospective participants
- Participating in weekly clinical supervision and professional development
- Maintaining accurate program paperwork and session recordings
- Aligning your work with the Magnolia Community Initiative
