Your Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Pay: $75,000/annually
Your Toolkit Should Include
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Budgeting software and ERP systems experience
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of nonprofit or fund accounting (bonus!)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of financial analysis experience (nonprofit experience a plus!)
- Excel wizardry and financial modeling chops
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Bonus points for MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA
