Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to managers and staff.
- Investigate workplace concerns, complaints, and grievances in a fair and confidential manner while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Advise leadership on performance management, corrective actions, and disciplinary matters to ensure consistency with policies and culture.
- Partner with People Support Services and leadership to build engagement strategies that strengthen trust, retention, and organizational culture.
- Act as a cultural ambassador by promoting All For Kids' values of Access, Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ABIDE) in all employee interactions.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in Performance Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience in a nonprofit organization a plus
