Your Role: Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist
Pay: $72,500/annually - $83,500/annually
- Licensed Therapist: $78,500/annually - $83,500/annually
- Unlicensed Therapist: $72,500/annually - $77,500/annually
- Bilingual in Spanish Stipend: $5,000
- Geographical Stipend: $3,000
Your Toolkit Should Include:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Licensure as AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist (active status with CA BBS or Board of Psychology)
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience with severely emotionally disturbed youth (internship/practicum counts!)
- Familiarity with DMH documentation and Medi-Cal standards
Your Superpowers Include:
- Conducting DMH Intake Assessments and Clinical Diagnostic Evaluations
- Delivering family, individual, conjoint, and group therapy
- Collaborating with case managers, TBS workers, and interagency teams
- Meeting productivity goals and documentation timelines
- Championing strengths-based, culturally responsive care
