We are a family-friendly environment that prides ourselves on compassion for our young clients with all levels of abilities. Experience with billing and HIPAA knowledge is a plus! This full-time job, Monday-Friday, would include the following duties:
- Answer phone calls
- Use of electronic medical records system
- Communication with the team regarding clients verbally and in email
- Use of general office machinery (i.e., computer, email, fax, copier, etc.)
- Handle and maintain client records
- Clinic inventory, ordering, and restocking of supplies
- Ensure clinic organization and cleanliness
- Take and log co-pays
- Verify client insurance
- Complete prior authorizations for insurance coverage
- Post charges
- Other duties as assigned to support the front desk, managers, and billing team

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
