Essential Job Duties
Planning and Organization:
- Defining Project Scope: Collaborating with stakeholders to clearly define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Developing Project Plans: Creating detailed plans that outline tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Identifying Risks and Mitigation Strategies: Anticipating potential problems and developing plans to address them.
- Managing Project Resources: Allocating and managing resources (people, equipment, budget) effectively.
- Leading and Motivating the Team: Guiding and supporting the project team to achieve their goals.
- Tracking Progress and Reporting: Monitoring project progress against the plan and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Managing Changes and Issues: Addressing unexpected issues and changes to the project scope or timeline.
- Ensuring Quality: Monitoring the quality of deliverables and ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Maintaining Open Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed about project status, progress, and any issues that arise.
- Managing Stakeholder Expectations: Addressing stakeholder concerns and ensuring they are satisfied with the project outcomes.
- Building Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Documenting Lessons Learned: Identifying what went well and what could be improved for future projects.
- Ensuring Project Completion: Finalizing all project deliverables and ensuring that all tasks are completed.
- Closing the Project: Officially closing the project and ensuring that all resources are released.
- Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business
- Advanced degree in Engineering or Business preferred
- Managing teams of Engineers
- Prefer 10 years of product and/or manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Circuit experience preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Working knowledge of project management software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Travel between All Flex Solutions facilities
- Travel to equipment vendors
- Knowledge and understanding of concepts, contents, and application of ISO 9100 and AS9100.
- Must demonstrate tact and good judgement in handling difficult environments

Salary : $15,000 - $125,000
