The Prototype Technician owns and supports quick turn prototypes, production readiness reviews, and production qualification efforts.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist with and build quick turn prototype orders with limited instructions
- Communicate and work with CAD/Setup as needed for prototype tooling requirements
- Document the build process outcomes (including capturing product photos where needed), to use in preparation for qualifications and production readiness
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Three or more years of applicable experience
- Significant relevant experience with all product types and assemblies within the Flex & Heater businesses.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, build specs, schematics.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient in technical writing
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
- Travel between All-Flex sites may be required.
- Open to working swing shifts (1st/2nd shifts) as needed, based on production capacity.
- Travel between sites as needed to support and monitor prototype builds.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

Salary : $30 - $35
