What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting & Finance Internship position at All Flex Solutions?

Brief Description

All Flex Accounting / Finance Internship:

  • Assist accounts payable team in 3-way matching / routing for approval of vendor invoices.
  • Perform daily cash application of payments from customers.
  • Update daily cash flow spreadsheet with prior day banking activity.
  • Contact customers with past due balances to help with overall collection efforts.
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of the weekly cash flow forecast.
  • Help with other duties and task as needed.

Internship runs from Jan. 6-30, 2026, and pay is $23/hr.
