NICET III or NICET II "Prepping to Test" Required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Proven experience as a Designer in the Construction industry
- Proficient in Sketching, Interior Design, Concept Design, Adobe Creative Suite, Layout Design, Design Development, Autocad, Sketchup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design or a related field
- Experience in project management
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software
