SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Mortgage Loan Officers educate, advise, and guide potential borrowers through the loan application process. They have a passion for helping people and possess the ability to understand and navigate complex financial documents. They typically work full-time in banks or other lending institutions but may coordinate with real estate agents, financial planners, and others from outside their workplace to attract new clients.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are a growing mortgage company seeking a sales-minded, aggressive & experienced loan officer with excellent interpersonal skills to work with homebuyers and realtors.
- We can consistently provide to our loan officers QUALITY LEADS referred by our existing relator network.
- We have a very successful history of originating Purchase & Refinance Mortgages as well as Reverse Mortgages. As a company, we are solution driven in terms of programs and offer a large product suite to service buyers from all walks of life.
- We have been in business for over 20 years and our Management and Support Staff has over 76 years of experience in the mortgage & financial service industry.
- The ideal candidate has existing realtor relationships and is proficient in setting appointments with new realtors and potential clients. Candidates who join the team will benefit from the support of a hands-on Sales Manager and Mortgage Coach as well as resources for marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Loan origination: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- College Degree with at least 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Salary : $50,000 - $200,000
