Event Rental Operations & Installation Manager

Full-Time | Hands-On Leadership Position

All Event Rental is a growing Sarasota event rental company providing tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, and other equipment for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special events.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Event Rental Operations & Installation Manager to help lead our warehouse and field operations.

This is not a desk-only management position. The person in this role will lead crews in the warehouse and at event sites, coordinate trucks and equipment, oversee installations and breakdowns, solve problems in the field, and work alongside the team when needed.

• Lead crews performing event setup, installation, breakdown, and pickup
• Oversee installation of tents, dance floors, staging, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment
• Coordinate warehouse operations, truck loading, deliveries, pickups, and equipment returns
• Ensure crews, vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly prepared for each event
• Train and supervise employees on installation procedures, equipment handling, safety, and job-site expectations
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep installations on schedule
• Maintain an organized warehouse and help ensure accountability for rental inventory and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers, venues, planners, and company management
• Help build a dependable team and improve operational procedures as the company grows

Direct event rental or tent installation experience is strongly preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong transferable experience in staging, event production, construction, warehouse operations, equipment installation, logistics, or other hands-on field operations.

Strong candidates should have:

• Experience leading field, installation, warehouse, or event crews
• Strong hands-on mechanical and problem-solving ability
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and handling equipment
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Strong reliability, organization, communication, and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in Florida conditions
• Availability for an event-industry schedule, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional late-night breakdowns

Experience with tents, clearspan structures, dance floors, staging, pipe and drape, forklifts, material handling, truck loading, event setup, or crew supervision is especially valuable.
