Role Description
This is a full-time Internship running from June 2026-August 2026 on-site Medical Device Summer Internship role based in Fresno, CA. The intern will support the sales team and operational activities of the company, work closely with medical professionals like orthopedic surgeons, and gain hands-on experience with innovative medical devices. Responsibilities include coordinating cold calls, inventory control, understanding anatomy and gaining knowledge on our products, assisting with product demonstrations, driving to/from accounts to reset trays, if eligible assisting in the operating room with a current All Essential Representative, and supporting daily tasks to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors (preferred; Business, Communications, Kinesiology).
- Basic understanding of the Medical Device Industry.
- Outgoing personality; being able to thoroughly read a room.
- Strong communication, professional, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with medical professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or orthopedic surgery; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
- Candidate must be currently living in the Central Valley.
