Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
