Controls Technician – Allen-Bradley PLC & Ignition MES | Jeffersonville, IN

Location: On-site in Jeffersonville, Indiana
Anticipated assignment: October 5 through January 5
Schedule: Variable shift, approximately 56–84 hours per week over 6–7 days. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Controls Technician to troubleshoot and repair industrial systems using Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ignition MES. Experience with Siemens S7 or Beckhoff is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems using Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ignition MES.
- Diagnose software and controls issues and make programming changes needed to restore operation.
- Provide hands-on PLC troubleshooting and controls programming support.
- Submit work updates and complete the provided Excel timesheet.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting and programming the controls software and systems described above.
- Hands-on Allen-Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting experience and experience with Ignition MES.
- Ability to work on site in Jeffersonville on a variable schedule with extended hours.
- A laptop with the required software installed.
- Siemens S7 PLC or Beckhoff controls experience preferred.
Travel and Assignment Details
Transportation, lodging, per diem, and travel time are included in the assignment terms. Mileage or other travel expenses apply when using a personal car to travel from home to the client location.
