Position Title: Care Manager
Location: Bismarck, ND
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible – Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Available
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate in-home care to clients, including assistance with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering trust and engagement
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed, following proper safety procedures
Maintain accurate daily documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with office staff, clients, and family members regarding care needs or changes
Follow all agency policies and state regulations to ensure quality and compliance
Report any incidents, client concerns, or scheduling issues promptly to management
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to pass a background check and reference screening
Previous caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to client well-being
