Content Manager, Social/Digital

All Elite Wrestling is looking for a creative, trend-savvy content manager with a passion for video and strategy to join our digital team. This role is at the heart of how AEW shows up on digital — maximizing our outstanding in-ring and archival content, bringing new franchises to life, and living and breathing platform analytics with an eye toward growth.

What You’ll Do

• Edit, package, and publish video content daily across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Track performance metrics and take ownership of KPIs tied to revenue, views, engagement, and subscriber growth.
• Approach every piece with a performance-first mindset – eye-catching thumbnails, data-backed titles (where relevant), sharp hooks and engaging topics.
• Collaborate across production, creative and design to deliver content that’s polished, consistent, and optimized.
• Work flexible hours aligned with AEW’s live event and broadcast TV schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience producing video content for YouTube, Facebook or other revenue-driving platforms.
• 1-3 years of experience with platform management, with a particular focus on analytics and strategy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite; shooting skills are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of platform analytics and proven ability to drive performance.
• A balance of creativity and analytics — you know what works and why it works.
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Passion for pro wrestling and understanding of AEW’s voice, fans, and talent.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Film, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
  
  

Additional Information

• Salary Range: $57,000-$95,000

• Employees are eligible to participate in company 401k after 6 months of employment; Match is 100% for the first 3%, 50% for the next 2%.
