Summary
We are seeking an CSR Team Leader to join our dynamic team at All Creatures Animal Hospital. This role is pivotal in managing projects and leading initiatives that improve our operational efficiency, ultimately enhancing the quality of care we provide to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with our clients so they feel known and welcome
- Manage a multi-line telephone while scheduling appointments
- Coordinate the flow of the hospital through the day to ensure staff and client needs are met
- Client, patient and medical record database maintenance.
- Train new CSR Recruits
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years working the front desk in a veterinary setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Experience in customer service roles is required.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with co-workers.
- Applicants must be available for work between 7:15am - 6:30pm Monday through Saturday. Generally, our reception team is scheduled for hours over the course of 4-5days during the week; one of those days is a weekend day.
